Fractis referral commission rates — up to R50 000 contract value: 5% commission. R50 000 to R150 000: 6.5% commission. R150 001 and above: 8% commission. An additional 2% available for active involvement, bringing the maximum to 10%. Commission confirmed in writing once the contract is signed. Payment transferred within 7 business days of the client's final payment clearing.
The Fractis referral commission ceiling — retainer loyalty commission applies to the first 3 months of any retainer, then again at months 12, 24, and 36, calculated on the retainer value at that point. Active involvement bonus of an additional 2% where you join pitch calls or materially shorten the sales cycle. A single well-placed introduction can compound over years.
