Where data is transferred outside South Africa, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is afforded a comparable level of protection consistent with POPIA’s requirements for cross-border transfers.
6. How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:
- Enquiry and contact form submissions — retained for up to 24 months, after which they are securely deleted unless an active business relationship exists.
- Talent and collective applications — retained for up to 12 months from submission. If you join the collective, information is retained for the duration of your engagement and a reasonable period thereafter.
- Newsletter subscriptions — retained until you unsubscribe, after which your details are removed within 30 days.
- Analytics data — retained in anonymised form in line with Google Analytics’ default retention settings (up to 26 months).
