Two ways into Fractis Studios — Path 1 for creatives ready to deliver with a freelancer or staff agreement and full earning from day one, and Path 2 through the Fractis Academy for creatives who want to grow through Observer, Active Learner, Contributing Junior, and Internal Staff or Freelancer stages.
Which path is right for you? Path 1 for skilled creatives ready to deliver on real client projects immediately with full earning, firm deadlines, and high expectations. Path 2 — the Fractis Academy — for creatives building their skills on real projects at their own pace alongside senior practitioners, with no fixed timeline and earning beginning at Contributing Junior level.
How freelancer pay works at Fractis Studios — shared ownership and real earnings. After direct project costs, total contract value is split 50/50 between the studio and the earning pool. Individual allocation confirmed in writing by both directors before work begins on every project. No surprises, no vague arrangements. Payment tied to delivery.
What working at Fractis Studios looks like — asynchronous, honest, and collaborative. Work is self-managed with no set hours, only deliverables and honest communication. Discord is home base — active, social, and where everything lives. Briefs, brand kits, and project files are pinned in your personal channel.
The Fractis standard — quality output over speed, honest and proactive communication, deadlines respected or flagged with notice, branding followed on every deliverable, full confidentiality on client and studio information, and no ego.
