Fill in the short application below. We review every application and respond within 3 business days – not a formality, it’s how we keep the programme worth being part of.
Sign referral agreement & get your code
Once approved, you sign the Referral Partner Agreement and receive your unique FS-XXXX code. This timestamps every referral directly to you.
Submit referrals via your code
Use the Partner Referral Form with your code and your client’s details. From that moment the referral is timestamped and registered to you.
We handle everything
Fractis takes care of all outreach, pitching, scoping, contracting, delivery, and upselling. We keep you informed at key milestones. You don’t need to be involved unless you want to (extra 2% commission)
Contract closes, you earn
Once the client signs and pays, your commission is confirmed to you in writing. Payment transferred via EFT or international wire within 7 business days of client payment clearing.

Retainer Loyalty Commission
For monthly retainer clients, commission applies to the first 3 months. Where the client remains active, you receive an annual loyalty commission at months 12, 24, and 36 — calculated on the retainer value at that point, at your applicable base rate. A monthly retainer that grows in value grows in commission at each anniversary.
Active Involvement Bonus
An additional 2% is available where you are actively involved in closing the deal – joining pitch calls, providing meaningful client context, or materially shortening the sales cycle. This is assessed at our discretion and confirmed in writing. A warm intro and one call does not automatically qualify.

The referral program is built on trust. These rules exist to keep it fair for everyone in it.
Once you join our referral army and refer a client – we reach out, pitch, present and upsell. If the project goes ahead, you earn 5-10% of the total project value. We handle the work – you benefit from the connection and have first preference work on the project to earn more if you desire.
Before your referred client makes any contact with Fractis Studios. Retroactive referral claims are not accepted. Your referral code timestamp is how we track it — protect it.
Commission goes to the first registered referral by timestamp. Only one referral partner is credited per client. Conflicts are resolved by registration record – not by who the client spoke to last.
If a referred client signs a contract within 6 months of your referral registration, your commission applies. After 6 months, the referral expires and the client is no longer attributed to your code.
Within 7 business days of the client’s final payment clearing our account. You’ll invoice us for the agreed referral fee. Payment is made via bank transfer in ZAR.
Misrepresenting Fractis Studios’ services, pricing, capacity, or timelines to a referred client will void your referral agreement. We reserve the right to decline referred leads that aren’t a fit — without obligation.
No – it’s assessed by us based on your actual contribution to closing the deal. If you believe your involvement qualifies, note it when submitting your referral. We’ll confirm before the agreement is finalised.
